TANYA SIMONE PHOTOGRAPHY

Rebrand design for a high end photography studio in Nassau, The Bahamas.

Brand Identity - Print - Typography - UX/UI - Signage

The Challenge

In anticipation of opening its first studio location, Tanya Simone Photography (TSP) was in need of a comprehensive rebrand. Prior to this, the only branding that existed for TSP was a logo. The challenge was to create a distinctive, cohesive, and expansive identity that reflected this new stage in the company’s life.

Cementing your legacy through print photography

One of the things that sets TSP apart from its local competitors is the focus on and love of print photography. While emphasis is put on portraits, personal branding, and legacy photos, it’s more than just taking photos. At TSP it’s about telling stories and creating memories that will be printed and presented at the highest level to last forever.

Logo Beginnings

The new logo consists of a logo mark and type lockup. The logo mark pays homage to the original logo by dissecting the “T” and “S” and making them a bit bolder. The type lockup on the other hand was created by customizing an existing font. The customization of the letters is subtle however it creates a cleaner, sharper, and more striking appearance for the brand.

Other Collateral

After creating the new identity, a series of collateral were created for the studio. This included: an invitation for the studio’s grand opening, signage for the space, thank you cards for clients, a PDF booklet that serves as a look book and price sheet, an accordion card that serves as a more portable version of the booklet, and a poster for the launch of an equine campaign.
